Booking Your Appointment
Hours of Operation:
Servant's Heart Non-Emergency Medical Transportation operates during regular business hours on weekdays.
We are also available on weekends and major holidays, subject to availability.
Any transportation appointments scheduled outside of our regular business hours, including after hours, weekends, and holidays, may be subject to additional fees. Clients must book their transportation appointments in advance to ensure availability.
Booking an Appointment:
Appointments can be made through our website or by phone (580) 647-9631. When booking an appointment, clients must provide the following information: Full name and contact information (phone number and email address) Date and time of the appointment Pick-up location and drop-off location Any special needs or requests, such as a wheelchair, stretcher, or oxygen tank
